Who’s the best to put me to the test

Last night I held a by-myself beat battle. I like to see who can beat the sunshine,

sunshine.

We where in Lisboa in april. We took the subway:

Restauradores.

Some time ago I did the music for a theatre play by spoken word artist Wonder. It was a female take on the Othello play by Shakespeare. The beats were based on classical music samples, with some easy listening thrown in for the interludes. We decided to turn the play into this mini album, pressed up some vinyl and cd’s. You can check them out at CDBaby. You can Google for the 12″ I guess… Maybe they still sell it somewhere.

I designed the album artwork as well (gatefold 12″ & digipack cd, 5-colour printing with a fluor PMS, lovely!). The poems are presented as personal love notes. The great Koen Hauser did the cover photography.
